Penguard Fulfill SF is a two component, solvent-free epoxy filler used for concrete protection. It is a high-strength filler with a compressive strength higher than concrete. Its superior water resistance is a result of excellent barrier, anti-penetration and application properties. Penguard Fulfill SF is highly compatible with epoxy sealer and subsequent coatings.
