About SeaQuantum Ultra III

SeaQuantum Ultra III average speed loss of 1.8%* is verified by DNV, confirming its in-service performance and reducing fuel consumption and carbon emissions by up to 12.3%*. SeaQuantum Ultra III is a tailor-made, faster polishing silyl methacrylate antifouling coating for low-to-medium activity vessels, including bulk carriers, tankers and slow steaming vessels. It enables ultra-low frictional resistance on the underwater hull, made possible through highly effective biofouling control and a smooth, self-polishing surface profile. The advanced SeaQuantum silyl methacrylate formulation in SeaQuantum Ultra III, combined with a premium, broad-spectrum biocide package, delivers extremely reliable long-term fouling protection and energy efficiency of the hull with a consistent 65 idle day ability. microZone™ Technology retains biocides closer to the coating for a longer time for enhanced protection. SeaQuantum Ultra III lowers VOC emissions (EPA-24) by 6% as compared to its predecessor. SeaQuantum is the global leader in silyl-based antifouling coatings, with verified speed-loss performance. Over the past 25 years, SeaQuantum coatings have been applied to more than 20,000 vessels. *Average in-service speed deviation over 60 months docking interval based on ISO 19030 measurement methods.
