A diverse workforce loses its value without an inclusive company culture. Acknowledging that inclusion is essential has led us to develop an Inclusion Index where all employees are invited to give anonymous feedback on how inclusive they perceive Jotun to be. The feedback from our employees is analysed and forms the basis of improving inclusion even further for all employees across Jotun.

With a high 96% global response rate we are very pleased to see that above 80% of our employees agree that Jotun is indeed a highly inclusive company.
