Penguard Express ZP

Penguard Express ZP is a fast-drying and high-build epoxy coating pigmented with active zinc phosphate. Penguard Express ZP is specially designed for new construction, is a high-solids product and can be used as a primer, midcoat, finish coat or as a single-coat system in atmospheric conditions. Penguard Express ZP is pigmented with active zinc phosphate for increased corrosion protection, and has very fast dry-to-recoat or dry-to-handle properties. Penguard Express ZP is suitable to use on properly prepared carbon steel, aluminium, concrete and galvanised steel substrates. It can be applied at sub-zero surface temperatures. Penguard Express ZP is suitable for application up to C5 environment.
