About Alkydprimer

Alkydprimer is an easy to use, one-component oxidatively drying alkyd coating. Alkydprimer has a matt finish and can be applied to any surface on new or aged coating in atmospheric conditions – and is also suitable for use together with Pilot II as a finishing coat. It has a low application cost with minimal waste, requires no mixing and has no pot-life restrictions, lowering your application costs, waste and leftover paint. Alkydprimer is available in black, grey, light grey, red and white.

Certificates and Approvals

When used as part of an approved scheme, this material has the following certification:
- Low Flame Spread in accordance with EU Directive for Marine Equipment. Approved in accordance with parts 5 and 2 of Annex 1 of IMO 2010 FTP Code, or Parts 5 and 2 of Annex 1 of IMO FTPC when in compliance with
IMO 2010 FTP Code Ch. 8.
