JOIN – your workplace in your pocket
On 31st August, we will launch JOIN on a new platform. Stay connected to Jotun wherever you are. JOIN gives you easy access to news, tools and important information – all in one place.
What is JOIN?
JOIN is Jotun’s intranet – designed for all employees, globally.
It brings together everything you need for your workday in one simple, modern platform – accessible from both desktop and mobile. JOIN replaces the current intranet with a faster, more intuitive and user-friendly experience. Used by employees across Jotun globally.
How and when can I log in?
Access to the new intranet will be available from 31st August.
All Jotun computers will have the new intranet as their start page, and all employees with Jotun enrolled mobile phones will receive a mobile app on their phone.
Factory workers and other operators without a laptop - and everyone with a private mobile phone (not a Jotun enrolled mobile phone) - will need to navigate to https://join.jotun.com in a web browser.
We recommend that you create a shortcut on your phone`s start screen following these instructions:

All Jotun employees can login to the new mobile app using their Jotun userid and password. If you are having issues logging in, contact the Global Service Desk.
