Jotashield Penetrating Primer is a premium acrylic and solvent-based primer designed to prepare exterior walls for painting. It has superior penetrating properties that ensure all irregularities on the wall are addressed. It covers undulations and conceals stains to prevent them from bleeding through the new paint, resulting in a uniform, even surface.
