Jotafloor PU Topcoat is a high performance light-duty coating built to resist chemicals, abrasions, impact and sun damage. It is therefore suitable for a diverse range of floors with various levels of mechanical and chemical exposure.

Jotafloor PU Topcoat is recommended for use on concrete floors in car parks, parking bays, pedestrian walkways, driveways, ramps and traffic deck systems. It is specially designed for gloss and colour retention in areas that are exposed to direct sunlight. The product also works well in commercial buildings and residential buildings. This topcoat comes in a wide array of colours through Jotun’s Multicolor Industry™(MCI) tinting system. The two-pack coating is also easy to apply, and it’s specially designed for use on approved primers.
