Floor coating
A high performance, high solids, non-yellowing, isocyanate-cured polyurethane coating.
Jotafloor PU Topcoat is a high performance, high solids, non-yellowing, isocyanate-cured polyurethane coating supplied in two-pack form.
This light-duty coating is built to resist chemicals, abrasions, impact and sun damage. It is therefore suitable for a diverse range of floors with various levels of mechanical and chemical exposure.
Due to its good weathering resistance, Jotafloor PU Topcoat is recommended for use on concrete floors in car parks, parking bays, pedestrian walkways, driveways, ramps and traffic deck systems. It is specially designed for gloss and colour retention in areas that are exposed to direct sunlight. The product also works well in commercial buildings and residential buildings.
As with other Jotun products, this topcoat comes in a wide array of colours through Jotun’s Multicolor Industry™(MCI) tinting system. The two-pack coating is also easy to apply, and it’s specially designed for use on approved primers.
In areas where slip-resistance is required, Jotafloor Non-Slip Aggregate (fine or medium) can be used in the system. The aggregate gives a textured finish and enhances the safety of users. The Jotun technical service team is dedicated to helping with every aspect of the installation process.
