A diverse workforce loses its value without an inclusive company culture. Acknowledging that inclusion is essential has led us to develop an Inclusion Index where all employees are invited to give anonymous feedback on how inclusive they perceive Jotun to be. The feedback from our employees is analysed and forms the basis of improving inclusion even further for all employees across Jotun.
Through-out the year we also run campaigns, events and celebrations to raise awareness, engage and make sure that Diversity and Inclusion is kept top of mind across Jotun. Our goal is that each employee shall feel safe, be proud of their unique identity and be free to apply their whole self at work.
