Diversity performance

We work to ensure diverse organisations and in particular diverse management teams as these are where the decisions to shape Jotun are made.

We work with measuring four main diversity parameters across organisational levels and geographies.

  • Gender
  • Nationalities
  • Profession
  • Age
We work to ensure diverse organisations and in particular diverse management teams as these are where the decisions to shape Jotun are made. We are working with company policy, training programs, inclusive policies and processes to diversify Jotun within all areas and at all levels.

We have set global targets for increase gender balance. Our target is to in 2023 have reached a global average of minimum 30 % female managers (24% in 2023) and minimum 40 % female managers (37% 2023) at our Head Quarters.

We also monitor trends for all other diversity parameters and work to make sure there is positive improvement and that all employees feel they have opportunities and are included at Jotun. Visit the Inclusion page to read more about how we measure and work with inclusion.
