Diversity performance

We work to ensure diverse organisations and in particular diverse management teams as these are where the decisions to shape Jotun are made.

We work with measuring four main diversity parameters across organisational levels and geographies.

  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Profession
  • Age

We work to ensure diverse organisations and in particular diverse management teams as these are where the decisions to shape Jotun are made.

In 2023 Our C-suite executives reporting to our CEO is 44% female.

We are working with company policy, training programs, inclusive practices, and our leadership pipeline to reach a global average of 30% female managers and 40% female managers in Group and Global positions by 2030.

At Head Quarters we have seen a significant development and are approaching our target. Globally we have some challenges with the labour markets we operate in, but nevertheless all our units are committed, and we see a positive trend across Jotun, which leads us to believe that we will be able to reach our target also here.

Visit the Inclusion page to see how we measure and work with inclusion. As a Norwegian Head Quartered company we report in more detail and actions in relation to employees in Jotun AS (Head Quarters). Similar analysis and actions are conducted in each Jotun company.
