Jumeirah Beach Residence is a high-end residential and mixed-use community with 40 towers. Due to the extreme weather conditions within the region, each of these structures has been coated with Jotashield to give them long-lasting colour and structural integrity, while also ensuring low maintenance for the exterior over long periods of time. Jotun’s Fenomastic range was used for the interior of these buildings to give it a great colour experience, and make them easy to wash.
