SeaMate NB is based on a patented, one-component hydrolysing silyl acrylate binder system, which provides both excellent fouling protection and good hull performance with exposure to both sea and fresh water during outfitting.
SeaMate NB offers the advantage of increased productivity by reducing the paint’s consumption and application time, lowering VOC emissions. It combines these benefits with excellent outfitting properties, providing reliable, long-lasting protection, and can reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions by up to 5.7%. It is only recommended for underwater hull applications on newbuildings for up to 90 months specifications.
