In its first year, the building achieved 63% saving of energy consumption and 52% saving of water consumption. The building was coated with The Cool Shades Collection from Jotun Super Durable, which is is a range of heat reflective architectural powder coatings that have been specially formulated to reduce the temperature of aluminium building components exposed to the sun.
