Completed in 2010, this iconic structure houses the Arcapita headquarters and several other private and government-owned spaces. This imposing glass structure was built to the highest standards and made use of SteelMaster 120SB from Jotun for passive fire protection. The concrete floors were protected by Jotafloor traffic deck system, allowing for strong heavy-duty surfaces.
