Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic is a two component titanium catalyzed inorganic ceramic copolymer. Utilizing state-of-the-art binder technology increases the coating’s suitability for service in high temperature operations, both for insulated and non-insulated areas.
Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic can be applied on substrates with temperatures up to 250°C, minimizing the need for costly facility shut-downs during maintenance operations.
Because Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic is a two component product it cures at ambient conditions. This increases the coating's ambient anticorrosive properties. Additionally the ambient curing of the product provides Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic with increased abrasion resistance. This greatly reduces the need for on-site touch-up.

Compatibility
Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic is compatible with both zinc silicate primers and silicone topcoats.
Jotatemp 540 Zinc is Jotun’s new inorganic zinc silicate, specifically developed for high temperature services – above 120°C. Used as the primer in a system with Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic, Jotatemp 540 Zinc can be used under insulation. This can save time and money both in new construction and maintenance situations.
A combination of Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic and Jotun’s Solvalitt as a topcoat will give an attractive cosmetic finish. - News
