A desert can be a canvas for a child’s mind. A vast, uncluttered land that can be sprinkled with different hues of sand. Beautiful browns and beiges scattered with purple sunsets. It can be an oasis of imagination brimming with life. A special place where mystical animals leave their footprints over giant dunes. But the only thing a desert doesn’t deserve to be, is a mirage of something magical that our future generations will never see.
