Interacting with colleagues, customers and society requires two values: Respect and Care. Whether it is colleagues or customers, I always respect their opinions and input – even if we don’t necessarily always agree. After 25 years in Jotun, I have a great deal of care for our fellow penguins, and enjoy helping – if I can – by sharing some of my experience and knowledge achieved through the years.
