Jotun has supported the Norwegian Red Cross and their humanitarian efforts since 2011. The Norwegian Red Cross is active in several parts of the world and plays an important role in areas such as operating field hospitals and providing medical supplies.

The international emergency aid program supports humanitarian efforts in countries where the Norwegian Red Cross is present. The funds are allocated directly to these regions, ensuring assistance during disasters as well as ongoing health services and mobile clinics. Mobile health teams can be on the ground immediately following an earthquake. This demonstrates the importance of maintaining a strong, operational presence in multiple countries to respond effectively when crises occur.
